Hemm... siapa sih yang tidak kenal dengan sop buntut. Masakan yang terbuat dari buntut sapi ini rasanya enak sekali loh. Sekali makan pasti deh katagihan. Berikut ini ada resep sop buntut yang bunda azka dapet. Uenak loh...
Bahan:2 kg buntut sapi, potong-potong
150 gr wortel, potong-potong rebus
150 gr kentang rebus, potong-potong
50 gr tomat, potong-potong
2500 ml kaldu sapi
100 gr kecap manis
100 gr daun bawang, potong-potong
100 gr daun seledri, potong-potong
garam secukupnya
lada bubuk secukupnya
Cara membuat:
1. Rebus buntut sapi dalam kaldu sapi hingga lunak.
2. Bumbui garam, lada bubuk, kecap manis. Masak hingga bumbu meresap.
3. Masukkan sayuran rebus ke dalam kaldu, didihkan sekali lagi.
4. Hidangkan buntut sapi dengan kuah panas.
Kita bisa menyajikan sop buntut ini dengan pelengkapnya seperti Nasi putih, Bawang goreng, Jeruk nipis, Emping goreng dan tak lupa sambelnya dong.
Ih ya.. bagi yang gak suka sam hidangan berbahan dasar daging, bisa mencoba resep ayam goreng menteganya bunda azka ya..
